Tripp's started in our home kitchen making a small variety of grain free items for our personal consumption. From there, it grew into a shared use commercial kitchen in conjunction with farmers market's. It was from the exposure in the farmers market scene that the need for a dedicated facility was identified. Having a dedicated facility allowed us to not worry about cross contamination and opened the door of opportunity. The decision was made to expand the product line to add gluten free products. We use the term "greater than gluten free" in our café because of the ingredients and high standards we have for our products. We don't stop at gluten free as we offer many grain free items along with dairy free, refined sugar free, and vegan items. We pride ourselves on making foods even those without allergies will enjoy.
